are installed to manage water intrusion. Hollow block foundations, over time, become compromised. The waterproofing
on the exterior walls can break down from weather elements. Settlement cracks and grading can contribute to water intrusion. Hydrostatic
water pressure, under the basement concrete slab, can build up over time and be released through the expansion joint.

EXTERIOR DRAIN SYSTEMS
Wallboard drain is installed to basement foundation walls
to allow ground water to be filtered, from soil to footer drain tile.
